Randy Lowe has served in various positions in the Lewis J. Ort Library at Frostburg State University since 1997 and is currently Collection Development, Acquisitions & Serials Librarian. He has been responsible for the acquisition, licensing, data collection, and assessment of electronic resources during his entire tenure at Frostburg and is active in electronic resources management for the University System of Maryland and Affiliated Institutions (USMAI) consortium.
